Purchasing Policies

• All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds. If you want to cancel your order BEFORE it’s done LIVE…your refund will be charged 5% fee of your total.
• All pearls and gems have natural inclusions on them. Pearls are natural AAA quality.
• We do not give appraisals for pearls or gems. Please take them to a certified jeweler. The gems are NOT the most expensive gemstones out there, but they are natural gemstones.  
• There will be no exchange agreements done during LIVE shows. 
• If multiple orders are placed for the same, shipping fee is NOT refunded.  You’ll ship priority.

Shipping Policies

• We ship anywhere the USPS ships!
• All orders include a standard shipping fee of $5.05. You may also select USPS First Class or Priority shipping. You may also consider purchasing insurance for any gem shipments. 
• We are not responsible for any packages that may have been lost, not delivered, damaged, damaged items or stolen orders. You must follow through with your postmaster and/or post office for lost packages and insurance steps to follow. Please keep us up-to-date on any issues with missing packages!  
• We are not responsible for any added customs or vat taxes that are added to any international orders. We have no control over this.
